"Bad timing and unclear stock info"
I was trying to grab a few parts for my old Corvette, and the site made it look like they were available, but after I ordered, I found out half of it was backordered or not ready to ship. Of course, this happened right when I actually needed the car back together, so the timing was frustrating.
Customer service was decent enough, but I still felt like I had to keep checking in myself to figure out what was going on. The prices are fine, but I really wish the stock status was clearer before you place the order

"Catalog was actually close"
I ordered a handful of trim pieces for my Chevy after flipping through the Eckler's catalog, it lined up better than I expected. The photos were helpful, the fit notes mostly made sense, and the part numbers on the order matched what showed up at my door.
One little clip was described kind of vaguely, so I had to stop and double-check it before buying. Then suddenly I was convinced I was decoding ancient scrolls. But in the end, everything fit fine, and I’d order from them again.

"Works when it wants, and the backorder was a mess"
This whole backorder situation was really frustrating. I felt like I was waiting forever and barely got any updates along the way. When it finally did show up, it kind of felt like one of those things that works when it wants to, which just made the whole experience even more annoying

"Good order, tracking was mostly clear"
I ordered a few parts from ecklers and overall it went smoothly. The tracking was actually helpful most of the time, and I could see when the order shipped and where it was on most days, which was nice.

The box showed up a little beat up, which made me mildly nervous for about two seconds, but everything inside was fine. The parts were the right ones and in good shape, so I can’t really complain there.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the tracking randomly stopped updating for about a day, and that was kind of annoying. But also, it wasn’t some huge disaster or anything. Good order overall, just not totally perfect

"Packaging could’ve been better"
I ordered from ecklers.com and the parts did show up fine, so I can’t complain too much. But the box was beat up when it got here, and the packing inside wasn’t exactly secure. Nothing was broken, thankfully, but for parts like this, the loose packaging felt a little ridiculous. I just expected it to be packed better.

I was fully expecting the usual runaround, like they were passing me through some secret maze of hold music and scripted answers, but nope. Tech support got back to me fast and actually fixed the issue. Almost suspiciously easy, honestly.

"Pretty good deals when there’s a sale"
I ordered a few parts from ecklers during one of their promo deals, the discount made more of a difference than I expected. I’m always a little unsure if those codes are actually worth it, but this one was easy to use at checkout and did bring the total down.

Shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but I wouldn’t say it was awful either. One item took longer than I thought it would, which was a little frustrating, but maybe that’s just kind of normal with parts orders sometimes?

Overall, I’d probably order from them again, especially if they’re running a sale or coupon. The prices just feel a lot more reasonable that way, and I don’t think I’d feel as good paying full price.

"Exchange was a little slow, but it worked out"
I accidentally ordered the wrong part from ecklers and had to do an exchange, which I was kind of rushing to get sorted out. The form was easy enough to fill out, and customer service got back to me after about a day with the answer I needed.

The replacement took a bit longer to ship than I was hoping, especially since I was trying to keep my project moving, but it showed up in good shape and was the right part. Not a perfect experience, but it worked out in the end and I’d probably order from them again...

"Shipping felt a little steep"
My order went through without any issues, and the parts were exactly what I needed for a small fix I was helping my brother with. The only thing that bugged me was the shipping cost, it felt a bit high for what was in the box. I still went ahead and bought it because we needed the parts, but I do wish the total at checkout had been a little more reasonable. Overall it was fine, just a little annoying.

"Box looked like it survived a tornado, but they made it right"
The box showed up beat up, like it had been through a full obstacle course, and the part had a small dent on it. Not ideal, but customer service was quick to respond and got everything sorted out without any hassle. Overall, a rough arrival, but they handled it really well

I got an email right after placing my order, and then another one when it shipped, which was nice because I hate having to wonder what’s going on. The tracking was easy to follow too, no digging around or guessing, thank goodness. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

"Pretty decent overall, just had to mess with one part"
I’ve been doing a little work on my Chevy here and there, so I ordered a few parts and got around to installing them over the weekend. Most of it went smoothly enough, and nothing felt super cheap or anything. After moving things around and test fitting everything, though, one of the pieces didn’t line up quite right and needed some extra tweaking to get it where it should be. Not a huge deal, but I do wish the fitment details had been a little more accurate before ordering.

Ordered these for my Chevy and they showed up looking like the real deal. I put them on in the garage after work with a half-cold coffee sitting on the toolbox, and everything fit the way it was supposed to. No weird gaps or forcing anything, just a clean fit. Happy with it.

"I placed my order expecting the..."
I placed my order expecting the right parts this time, but they ended up sending the wrong ones again. It’s frustrating because now I have to deal with the hassle of returns or replacements, and it feels like this keeps happening. Definitely not a great experience.
